Refund Policy
At Molana Luxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept exchanges within 14 days of receipt of your purchase. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. At this time, we do not issue refunds.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at hello@molanaluxe.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return label will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Product
We inspect all our jewels before shipping. However, if we mistakenly send out a defective product or the wrong product, we will be happy to make it right.
We recommend that you inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us at hello@molanaluxe.com within a week of delivery with photos and a brief description of the defect.
